Britney Spears Promo

For my music prelim, we did our own version of Britney Spears hit me baby.
 

Throughout this piece we used a variety of camera shots and angles which meant we could test different shots which would work and wouldn't in music videos. Most of our shots were of the singer making it clear who the artist was and giving them publicity which is originally why music promos were used. We also had a dance routine during the promo which the video flicks to every so often making it more interesting rather than being focused just on the singer.

The mise-en-scene and the costume link as it is set in a school, mostly in a corridor where the dancers perform.

I think our promo was really successful and we will be able to use this to inspire us for our later project.
